Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email within 24 hours.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed in 5–7 business days, or your exchange is shipped immediately.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong item received
  • Item significantly different from description
  • Unused items in original packaging
  • Items with broken elastic or loose beads

Not Eligible

  • Items returned after 10 days
  • Used or worn items (unless defective)
  • Items without original packaging
  • "Change of mind" returns on sale items
  • Items with signs of misuse or modification

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your returned item, we inspect it within 1–2 business days. The refund is then processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For UPI/bank transfers, it may take up to 7–10 days depending on your bank.

Can I exchange for a different crystal?

Yes! You can exchange your bracelet for any item of equal or lesser value within 10 days. If the new item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item back.

Do I pay for return shipping?

For defective or wrong items, we provide a free prepaid return label. For other eligible returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked courier service.

What if my bracelet arrived broken?

We're so sorry! Please photograph the damage and email us at support@goldshreem.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund with priority processing — no need to return the damaged item.

Can I return a Cash on Delivery order?

Yes. For COD returns, the refund is processed as a bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to your provided bank account details. Please share your account number and IFSC code when initiating the return.
