Orders
Simply browse our collection, select the crystal or bracelet you'd like, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and complete payment via Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, or COD. You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they haven't been dispatched yet. Contact us immediately at support@goldshreem.com or WhatsApp us. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your Order ID and email address to get real-time updates.
Yes! A confirmation email with your order details, invoice, and expected delivery date is sent to your registered email address immediately after a successful order is placed.
Yes, we accept custom orders! You can choose specific crystal combinations based on your intentions — protection, love, abundance, healing, etc. WhatsApp us or email us with your requirements and we'll create something special for you. Custom orders typically take 3–5 extra days.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery (metro cities) takes 2–3 business days. Same-day delivery is available in Delhi NCR for orders placed before 12 PM. See our full Shipping Info page for details.
Yes! Orders above ₹499 qualify for free standard shipping across India. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applied.
Currently, we ship within India only. We are working on enabling international shipping and hope to announce it soon. Please follow our Instagram page for updates.
Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier capacity. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated date, please contact us at support@goldshreem.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Crystals & Products
Absolutely. All our crystals are 100% natural, ethically sourced, and authenticated. We do not sell lab-created or synthetic stones unless explicitly mentioned. Every bracelet is hand-crafted with genuine gemstones.
Cleanse your crystals under running water, with moonlight, or using sage smoke. Avoid soaking water-sensitive stones like Selenite or Malachite. Store in a soft cloth pouch away from direct sunlight. Remove before swimming or using harsh chemicals.
Crystals have been used across cultures for centuries for their energetic and metaphysical properties. While these are spiritual beliefs and not medically proven claims, many of our customers find immense comfort, focus, and positivity through crystal work. We encourage you to approach them with an open mind.
Our standard bracelets fit wrists up to 17 cm comfortably. Measure your wrist and add 1–1.5 cm for a comfortable fit. We also offer custom sizing — mention your wrist size at checkout or via WhatsApp before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom orders are non-returnable unless damaged in transit. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Email us at support@goldshreem.com with your order ID, photos of the damage, and a brief description. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. The amount is credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card).
Payment
We accept all major payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) via Razorpay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Yes, COD is available across most pin codes in India for orders up to ₹1,500. At checkout, enter your pin code to check availability. A nominal ₹30 COD handling fee may apply.
In case of a payment failure where amount was deducted, the funds are automatically reversed to your account within 3–5 business days by your bank/payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@goldshreem.com with your transaction ID.
Yes, completely. We use Razorpay as our payment gateway, which is PCI-DSS compliant and uses 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card or bank details on our servers.
